My name is John Shackleton. In the training world I’m known as “Shack” or “Coach Shack.” I have served as the performance coach for the Villanova University Men’s Basketball Program for the last 10 years.
I also consult with and train a diverse group of driven individual clients, including pro athletes, olympians, professionals and weekend warriors.
For the past 20 years I have been immersed in fitness and human performance. I’m a fitness and nutrition enthusiast and I practice what I preach. That’s how I roll.

Degrees: B.S. Kinesiology- Temple University, M.S. Exercise Science- George Washington University.
Professional Certifications: Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist- NSCA, Precision Nutrition -PN1, Active Isolated Stretching Practitioner.
